Optihole Tool stores the account you create: name, email, and a hashed password. It stores the audits you run: the website, the time, the score, the issues, and a page list. It stores messages you send from Help.
The crawl requests public pages of the site you enter. It does not ask for a password to that site. Page speed sends the homepage URL to Google PageSpeed Insights.
The owner uses this data to run the product: to see active accounts, the sites they audited, and help messages. It is not sold. Password reset by email is not connected yet, so the email is used to sign in and to reply to help messages once mail is available.
